Ithink Logistics Vs Shiprocket

Ithink Logistics Vs. Shiprocket

There is a lot of debate surrounding the best ecommerce logistics provider. Ithink logistics and Shiprocket are two of the most popular providers in this space. Both providers offer great features and benefits, but which one is the best for your business? This blog post will compare and contrast Ithink Logistics and Shiprocket to help you decide which provider is right for you.

Significance of Logistics Companies:

Logistics is a very verticalized industry with so many players. One of the most relevant reasons for this is the market demand is not present in one single entity and is spread across multiple parties. Therefore, the need for a logistics service provider/company varies from customer to customer depending on their line of business, geographical reach, the volume of business, etc.

What are the differences between Ithink Logistics and Shiprocket?

Shiprocket is a company that aims to simplify the shipping process by bringing it in an app and making it more user-friendly. They provide a SaaS application for logistics companies where one can manage their shipping processes without having to go through multiple steps to get all information from different vendors across the world.

The major difference is that Ithink Logistics has an end-to-end solution from their warehouses, pick and pack, logistics, etc. Shiprocket, on the other hand, is a software as a service product that is targeted more towards SMBs looking for solutions that can be managed on a simplified app interface.

Ithink Logistics provides door-to-door logistics B2C services while shiprocket provides C2C solutions. Another major factor of differentiation is that Shiprocket does not have its warehousing units; it partners with courier companies and warehouses across the countries to provide its services. Ithink owns multiple warehouses in different cities, which gives them an edge over ship rockets when it comes to managing large-volume cargo that requires lots of space. Ithink also specializes in bulk logistics that ship rocket does not have expertise in.

Another difference is that Shiprocket has a huge lineup of international couriers they are partnered with, while Ithink provides services for its warehouses and shipments made by its 3PL network across the country. Shiprocket also delivers the consignment to the doorstep, whereas we think it takes physical transportation and delivery (to door/courier point).

Also, Ithink Logistics has a much larger reach than Shiprocket and caters to more than 3000 pin codes across India.

Even though Shiprocket works on the C2C model where it doesn’t need to manage warehousing space, it looks like Ithink has cornered the market and has much better reach than ship rocket. Shiprocket also lacks consignment deliveries, which i think is much ahead of them with almost every pin code covered by Ithink.

Analysis:

The final analysis would be that Ithink undoubtedly caters to more locations and is well equipped to serve large volume shipments, whereas Shiprocket provides a comparatively lesser number of locations but can deliver consignments inside city limits without any hassles. Ithink has greater reach than ship rocket when it comes to pin codes covered by them, while ship rocket offers a C2C model, making it very easy for small-scale enterprises to manage shipments? Both companies provide great value for money, but both have different offerings which cater to slightly different market segments.

What are the benefits of Ithink Logistics?

Ithink — It is a new company specializing in delivering packages to people. They do not require any labeling of packages, nor are they required to call their customer beforehand before delivery. What makes IThink different from other companies is that they use past experiences instead of legal documents or security measures to protect their clients. They say that quality is more important than quantity when service and maintaining client relations.

What are the benefits of Shiprocket?

The benefits of Shiprocket includes:

* Handles order fulfillment for your business.

* Comes with USPS shipping rates built-in, customizable pricing, and free ground shipping labels * Allows integration of electronic marketplaces like Amazon, eBay*, Shopify, Bigcommerce, WooCommerce to print packing slips and ship items automatically along with other plugins like EasyPost.

* Integrates with services like Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Shipstation, Packing Pro to boost efficiency.

Conclusion:

Ithink Logistics is a logistics company that provides cross-border shipping for companies in the US and abroad. Shiprocket is an American startup with offices in New York City, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Beijing, Taipei, Seoul, and Tokyo. Each has its own unique offerings to make your international business easier than ever before. Which one are you interested in?
